Early pensions for work in harmful working conditions: from paternalist to the insurance model

The book discusses the issues of early pension provision for work in harmful working conditions, the transformation of its socially secure mechanisms into the mechanisms of insurance of early disability of employees. The paternalistic compensation model requires a replacement for an insurance model in which the central place should take preventive and rehabilitation functions of social protection. For this, it is required to apply a set of methods for evaluating professional risks and form the mechanisms of insurance of early labor loss of employees. The book will be useful to specialists of industrial enterprises, state and non -state pension and social funds, ministries and departments of the social, financial and legal bloc, representatives of trade unions and employers, deputies of legislative assemblies of all levels, as well as all the issues of social insurance and labor protection.
