Early diagnosis of occupational diseases

The manual presents a methodology for studying the diagnostic characteristics of biomarkers, developed on the basis of patterns of changes in their levels. The methodology for choosing the most informative laboratory biomarkers and the development of their complexes for early diagnosis of harmful professional influence is proposed. Diagnostic characteristics of laboratory markers were established when exposed to production dust, physical and chemical harmful factors on the body of workers in contact with harmful production factors.
