The monographs summarized and systematized the results of perennial studies of the authors dedicated to the typological heterogeneity of the defeat of the main targets - heart and brain - with essential arterial hypertension in the early stages of its development. It has been established that arterial hypertension is characterized by the diversity of the states of adaptive restructuring of the heart and cerebrovascular system due to the combined effect of hypertonic, atherosclerotic and arteriosclerotic processes.
The criteria for early diagnosis of cardiocereburic pathology are proposed, a classification of isolated and combined forms of heart and brain lesions in the latent and manifestic period of arterial hypertension has been developed. Based on the proposed method of automatic dynamic pressure gauge, the features of the variability of blood pressure and its regulation in children and adults are studied. A system of primary differentiated prevention and audit of the quality of control of arterial hypertension at the stage of footprintonia on individual and population levels has been developed.
