The book included previously published, fixed and supplemented, but mainly new works of the author, representing more fully and in many ways in a new way and creative path of the talented Russian poet Vadim Sheresshevich (1893-1942) They are reduced to independent thematic sections of both historical and literary reference, not always, however, closely related to the basic person. The central place is occupied by those of them in which the creative and collaborative relations of Sheresshevich with Mayakovsky (in the era of the formation of Russian futurism) and Yesenin (during the occurrence and development of immudy) The use in the book of extensive material of printed and archival sources, including copyright archival directions, made it possible to cover the peripetics of the complex relationship of the poet with the authorities, ICC and the NKVD, literary opponents and just colleagues by profession. Analysis of many Schenevich poems was carried out through a prism not only literary, but also, that is fundamentally important, biographical and historical circumstances. A similar way to parse the first, Scholishevich"s symbolistic collections allowed to reveal the hidden details of the biographical subtext - the first love of the poet and at the same time painful gaining happiness with another beloved, being the basis of the interpretation of poems the famous book of the poet Horse as a horse, this approach made it possible Her reading is the eyes of Sheresshevich"s contemporaries. A number of sections are dedicated to other parties to his creativity: criticism, translation activities, dramaturgy. The bibliography in the final section, in addition to its undoubted practical value, reflects an explicit extinction (not because of the wine of the poet) of the creative self-expression of Shershevich since the beginning of the 1930s. They conclude a book three applications that (especially last) serve as an important addition to the characteristic not only the personality of the poet itself, but also the era. The publication is timed to the 120th anniversary of V.G. Shershevich
