The new series of books by Alena Ducass called "Life" is a wonderful idea of the most titled cook of the world to get into the kitchen of almost every housewife. The co -author of books is the authoritative French nutritionist Paul Neira, her comments on each dish with a description of vitamins, healthy fats, carotenoids and antioxidants will undoubtedly be useful to supporters of healthy balanced diet.
The first book includes very simple dishes of well -known and affordable seasonal products that open up amazingly interesting taste combinations - and this is the simplest tartines (sandwiches) from whole grain bread, cereals, vegetables, fruits, seafood and light desserts .
