Vasily Kandinsky is one of the key figures in the European art of the 20th century, the famous painter and graphics, one of the founders of abstractionism and the founders of the Blue Horseman group, teacher of Bauhaus, theorist. In the history of culture, there are little other such artists whose bold ideas had a huge impact on the world of art and forever changed the way of perception of painting. The artist’s works were based on philosophical positions, which steadily progressed in picture images. Kandinsky believed that color is the most important means of transmitting emotions and the main instrument of the artist. The essence of Kandinsky’s abstraction is to find a universal synthesis of music and painting, regarded as a parallel with philosophy and science. The artist, teacher, connoisseur of music, writer and, of course, the philosopher of the world of art Vasily Kandinsky leaves no one indifferent, because his main task was to make people feel, feel, experience emotions. And he achieved this goal due to the cultural heritage that he left for future generations
