This book is the result of the many years of work by Christopher Vogler and David Mackenna. Being professional experts, they analyzed a total of more than 40,000 scenarios of various genres. Vogler and McCanna are considered not just as a healthy steritelling tooling, they consider it “saving” for both beginners and actively writing authors.
The book owes its name to the Memo manual, written once by Vogler to work in the script department and has become legendary guidance for many generations of scriptwriters.
