Mikhail Vladimirovich Rodzianko (1859-1924) is a prominent Russian politician at the beginning of the 20th century, chairman of the State Duma in 1911-1917. He was an extremely ambitious and contradictory personality (which was reflected in his memoirs) A supporter of the constitutional monarchy, in the days of the February Revolution, he made a lot of efforts to achieve the abdication of Nicholas II from the throne. The champion of the "War to the Victory End", he could not prevent the collapse of the army in 1917. The applicant for the post of head of the New Russia, he was wiped out by the closest associates from the posts in the Provisional Government. His attempts to join the white movement also failed: he emigrated and graduated from his days in the small Yugoslavsky village.
