Eight portraits performed by K.P. Bryullov in different periods of creativity, clearly demonstrate the peculiar typological structures of the portrait image: ceremonial and chamber images, group family portrait, horse-haired "portrait-priest", self-portraits. Among the presented works are the front image "Lady at the piano" (1838), "Portrait of E.P. Gagarina with his sons Eugene, Leo and Theophilus" (1824), as well as the repetition of the most famous self -portrait K.P. Bryullov. The exhibition will last in the Tretyakov Gallery from January 24 to June 24, 2018
