Japanese engraving, or color xylography, was born in China, but was developed in Japan. Gravians in the style of U-Kyo, which meant the joy of being related to earthly joys in all their manifestations, enjoyed special success. There were other genres of engravings - with different types of images. Famous artists opened the world and showed its beauty to the inhabitants, depicting the originality of the nature of their native places - and above all, the famous Mount Fuji.
