This book, on the one hand, is non -philosophical, on the other - exclusively philosophical. It can be considered as a research work, but in certain conceptual frames. The author tried to understand the Tarantino universe as the director understands, and turned to the genre originality of Tarantino films to prove its uniqueness. The author divided the work of Tarantino into three periods, each of which is devoted to a separate part of the book: the first period is conditionally criminal cinema, Pulp Fiction, the second period is the director’s invasion to the territory of Graindhaus, the third is the directing of the director in the territory of Graindhouse. The last period of Tarantino"s work was marked by a “historical turn” due to the director’s desire to remove Nazisploitation and undermine the conventions of spaghetti westerne.
