The textbook was developed in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard in the field of preparation on 03/15/01 Machine -building (bachelor"s level) and specialty on 05/15/01 Design of technological machines and complexes (specialty level) and fully complies with the work program of the Discipline "Engineering Graphics" readable in the MSTU named after N.E. Bauman.
According to the standards of the Unified Design Documentation System (ESKD), definitions and rules are presented, recommendations for choosing images of parts are given, the rules for applying sizes are set out. The sequence of execution of the image of the assembly unit from nature is shown, the rules for drawing up the specification and implementation of drawings of parts according to the drawing of the assembly unit, as well as the basic rules for the classification and designation of products in design documents, are shown. The features of the compilation of drawings of certain types of products are considered.
