Design of volumetric integrated structures of microwave and ATH

The textbook develops on a new basis the principles laid down in the fundamental book by Gvozdev V.I. and Nefyodova E.I. "Volume Integral Schools of microwaves".
Hybrid and monolithic volumetric integrated microwave structures and methods of their analysis and synthesis are considered. Calculations are performed on modern software, among which the emphasis is on the use of commercial programs of electrodynamic modeling Microwave Offfice, HFSS ANSYS, CST SUITE, etc.
