In the 4th volume of notes and the memoirs "Cosmos-my fate" of the Minister of General Engineering of the USSR (1983-1988), secretary of the CPSU Central Committee, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Defense (1988-1991), Hero of Socialist Labor, Leninsky Prize laureate, Government Prize of the Russian Federation about . Baklanova entered: work on the state of mastering the scientific heritage of K.E. Tsiolkovsky at the present stage, the documentary narrative "My friend is Arthur Usenkov" - about an outstanding general who did a lot in order to prevent the combat readiness of the fighting nuclear forces of Russia after the collapse of the USSR in the 1990s. An essay on the comrade-in-arms and friend Oleg Dmitrievich is also presented here, with whom they began their work in the rocket and space industry, the author of monographs dedicated to the actual economic and international trade and political problems, our wonderful contemporary V.L. Malkevich. In volume, the publication of outline miniatures about the astronauts "Star of Earthlings" was completed. Most photographs are printed for the first time.
