The changes that occurred after February 24, 2022, have an epochal and global character. The Special Military Operation (SMO) is not just an operation to bring Ukraine back into the fold of the Russian world. It is a milestone that marked Russia's turn towards itself, towards its own civilizational essence. Therefore, it is not just about the Russian Spring as an episode, but about a new period in Russian history with a unique face - the Donbas period. The turn of Russia towards itself has made two crucial and acute problems inseparable: the defense of the sovereignty of the Russian civilization and the change, renewal of elites, or in other words, a personnel revolution, the necessity of which has become evident to Russia in recent years. Members and experts of the Izbor Club conduct a comprehensive examination of these two problems, speaking about a top-down revolution, the social base of which is essentially the entire country. The SMO is viewed as part of a global hybrid war waged against us by the transnational elites of the West. The phenomenon of liberal fascism thriving in present-day Ukraine is analyzed, specifically as part of a global anti-system project, rather than just as an exotic local ethno-nationalism, Banderaism, etc. The necessity of a powerful ideological mobilization is discussed, with predictions and scenarios for the post-SMO victory, outlining necessary models for subsequent existence, considering the influence of the Donbas factor on the future of Ukrainian lands. The place of Donbas in the process of imperial reintegration is thoroughly examined, characterizing Donbas as a civilizational frontier. The crucial historical role of the Donbas region, whose history is closely linked to the formation and establishment of the Ancient Russian state (Donetsk Rus), is discussed. The creation of new structures that will contribute to the successful deployment of Russia (Special Committee-2, Ideological Headquarters, etc.) is proposed. A complex of various financial and economic measures is outlined to enable Russia to resist Western pressure. Some of the presented works were written in the first half of 2022, even before certain significant events took place. However, this in no way diminishes the relevance of what has been written.
