I volume (November 1937 - December 1938) contains documents from the Archive of the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs: records of Hitler’s conversations, Ribbentrop and other representatives of the German government with foreign politicians, reporting German diplomatic representatives abroad, etc.
2 volume (January - August 1939) is an archive of the German ambassador in Moscow, Tokyo and London Herbert von Dirksen. It consists of copies of official documents with a stamp for Mr. Ambassador, from official and personal letters.
Pluted according to the second edition of M., Politizdat., 1981, prepared for printing by the historical and dibraxy of the USSR Foreign Ministry. For historical accuracy, the publishing house retained the preface to the second edition.
The study of the published unique (at one time - top secret) documents will help to understand the true reasons for the beginning of the most terrible war in history and to feel an almost physically inevitably impending catastrophe
