Anxiety is an inevitable part of human life. Many people are worried daily, and among them are members of your family, friends, work colleagues or study. Someone panic at the sight of an insect or rodent, others plunge into the alarm the need to make a speech to the public or talk on the phone. Some chronically worried about the “worst scena of events”, and someone is afraid to leave a relatively safe house or face reminders of the traumatic episodes of the past.
