The first edition of this manual (2007), intended for doctors learning the basics of ophthalmology and already practicing ophthalmologists, was timed to the conference devoted to the issues of modern diagnosis and treatment of pathology of the tear bodies. In it, the authors tried to summarize and state modern information about the tear-producing and tear of the eye. At the same time, a number of well-known surgical interventions are not described in detail, since information about them can be read in numerous ophthalmrosurgery manuals. The edition caused interest among ophthalmologists and rhinologists, and therefore the authors decided to reprint this manual (supplemented) All comments and suggestions for this manual from readers will be adopted by the authors with gratitude
