The global transition to a new technological structure, intensive and large -scale digitalization of public life lead to transformations of law enforcement, which entered a new cycle of its development. The classical and familiar ("Dociferi") law enforcement model is faced with technological innovations actively involved in the sphere of law. An important condition for achieving the effectiveness of legal regulation in new realities is the revision of traditional approaches and the search for new ideas and solutions related to the external and internal digital transformation of law enforcement.
The monographs reveal the methodological foundations of the study of the digitalization of law enforcement, analyzes the possibilities of using new and adaptation of existing approaches and digital technologies to increase the efficiency of law enforcement.
