The publication offered to readers is the third in a series of thematic issues included in the scientific and educational series of the Russian Society 'Knowledge' (ROZ) on the topic of 'Digital Economy'. This series, dedicated to one of the priority directions of the country's transformation, is part of a comprehensive scientific and educational program that the Russian Society 'Knowledge' is developing to actively assist in the implementation of tasks set by V. V. Putin in the Address to the Federal Assembly on February 20, 2019, and in the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 204 of May 7, 2018, 'On National Goals and Strategic Objectives of the Development of the Russian Federation for the Period up to 2024'.
The mastering by our citizens of all the possibilities of the 'digital world' will become a colossal breakthrough resource for the country.
The publication has a scientific and educational character and is not commercial. It will be useful for high school students, college and university students, as well as for teachers, lecturers of the Society 'Knowledge', and the activists of the educational community.
The content of the third issue is mainly based on the materials of the second issue of the 'Digital Economy' series.
At the same time, a number of clarifying corrections have been made to the text. Additional materials reflecting the development prospects of the digital economy in our country have been included. The target indicators of the national project 'Digital Economy' are presented, which are prepared based on the passports of national projects approved by the Presidium of the Council under the President of the Russian Federation for Strategic Development and National Projects.
