The foundations of the theory of ordinary differential equations, the basis of the theory of stability in Lyapunov solutions of such systems and practical methods for constructing solutions and the analysis of their stability are considered. The book contains standard educational material in the courses "Differential equations" and "stability of movements" of training programs of universities. However, it is outlined in more detail than in ordinary educational literature, and is supplemented by new sections, including the introduction of a small parameter method and the basis of the theory of timid stability into the theory of equations with delay.
