From 3 years:
For one occupation, study one card.
Carefully consider illustrations to the rules of a healthy lifestyle, read the rules, explain the need for their execution. Do not intimidate the child, but explain why you need to do so, and not otherwise. Make the main focus on how to do in one way or another. Let the child have a clear algorithm of actions that it can easily remember and reproduce.
