This publication presents the results of more than half a century dialogue, which is leading between the theologians of the Evangelical Church in Germany (EKD) and the Four Orthodox Patriarchates: Constantinople, Moscow, Sofia and Bucharest. A significant place in the book is given to the dialogue with the Russian Orthodox Church, which began with theological interview in 1959 and continues now. Total from 1959 to 2013. Twenty-six meetings were held. The theological proximity between Orthodoxy and Protestantism is emphasized here, despite the lack of communication and disputes in the creed, who separated these branches of the Christian church are not one century.
