The fifth issue of the dictionary (vol. 1-4 came out in 2004-2011) was prepared by the team of employees of the Philological Faculty of St. Petersburg State University and Institute of Linguistic Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences on the project proposed in the early 60s of the XX century. prof.
