The second issue of the dictionary of the 4-year Russian language of the Moscow Rus XVI-XVII centuries (In-revision) was prepared by the team of employees of the Faculty of Philology of St. Petersburg State University and the Institute for Linguistic Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences on the project proposed in the early 60s of the XX century. prof. B. A. Larina. It contains a systematic description of the vocabulary and phraseology of the Russian language of the XVI-XVII centuries, the initial period of the formation of the Russian national language, based on the materials of the group of monuments of the literary and written language of this era on a popular-conversational basis. The dictionary of the dictionary also includes data from the regional historical dictionaries of the Russian language published in recent decades.
