This book examines theoretical, historical, and sectoral issues of specialization and unification of domestic civil procedural law. It argues that specialization and unification are paired lawful processes of development of civil procedural law that significantly influence the quality of legal regulation of procedural relations. The work raises conceptual questions of sectoral development not only in the context of positive law but also its interpretation and application. The legislation is provided as of September 1, 2021. The monograph will be useful for researchers in the general theory of law, civil procedural law, and arbitration process, as well as legal practitioners interested in the development, interpretation, and application of law.
