The monograph offered to your attention is compiled on the basis of the experience of the authors in the treatment of victims with various options for damage to the neck organs in the practice of the ambulance hospital. The authors analyzed the results of treatment of more than 200 patients with damage to the neck hospitalized in St. Petersburg GBUZ City Hospital No. 26 from 2001 to 2014. There are currently no common recommendations for surgical treatment of such patients. Each case of wound of the neck is individual and poses a number of issues before the surgeon that has to be resolved in conditions of a time deficit. Without applying for a comprehensive presentation, the authors sought in the most accessible form to highlight the most important practical issues of the diagnosis and tactics of treating such patients
