Diagnosis and treatment of acute surgical diseases of the abdominal cavity. Experience of Moscow healthcare

The paper presents the experience of therapeutic and preventive institutions of the Moscow Department of Health for 1992-2014. On the diagnosis and treatment of acute surgical diseases of the abdominal organs by more than a million patients. During this period, the reorganization of the city"s surgical service was carried out, the diagnostic equipment of hospitals, tactics of treatment were changed, new technologies of operations were introduced.
