The manual contains step-by-step methodological recommendations for implementing such important elements of the educational process management as diagnostics, analysis, and planning. It is written from the perspective of humanistic pedagogy, which prioritizes the individual above all concepts, programs, and technologies, and is based on the fundamental principle of 'do no harm'. It is intended for directors, deputy directors of educational institutions responsible for educational work, homeroom teachers, methodologists, and education department specialists.
