The manual was developed by representatives of 25 regions of the Russian Federation during the design seminar conducted by the Publishing House "Academknig / Textbook".
The author"s team includes managers (deputy, specialists) of regional and municipal authorities engaged in education, methodical services, development centers, maintenance and monitoring of the education system, training systems and advanced training of pedagogical personnel, general education institutions.
