This book comes out in two volumes, each of which pursues its goals. The purpose of the first volume is to introduce the reader with the Vedas and bring it to work on himself. The purpose of the second volume is to study the meaning of human life from the standpoint of Vedic knowledge and the analysis of those obstacles that may arise on the path of self-improvement.
Both volumes are written in the form of a conversation. I think that the theme of work on oneself is most difficult for presentation. It is indeed very difficult (and almost impossible) in the monologue to explain what requires discussion and detailed consideration. Therefore, the presentation of the material in the form of a conversation was just a salvation for me. Working on the book, I tried to make this conversation simple, sometimes funny, sometimes serious. If it seems to you fascinating and useful, it means that my efforts were not in vain.
How do I imagine my future reader? Not necessarily the same judicial, inquisitive and bold in statements, as a hero of the book, which is called the reader on its pages. If you decide to distract from business and at least a little bit into our conversation with him, I (by the author of the book and at the same time her first reader) I will be immensely grateful to you and happy. I really hope that the arguments cited in the book will be important not only for me alone
