The manual issued to the program from birth to school and corresponding to the Federal State Educational Standard, reveals the views of artists, scientists-pedagogues, psychologists, psychophysiologists on the ability and giftedness of children in artistic activity, determines components of drawing abilities. The need for the development of creative abilities is approved, the special significance of mastering by children is emphasized not only for the development of freedom of creative expression.
