The heroes of London are harsh men with noble hearts and unusually proud women. These people know the price of words, and even more in silence. But there are characters of a completely different variety looking for easy profit.
The exploits in the stories are replaced by ridiculous incidents, the struggle for bait gives way to warm friendship.
