The writer Agatha Christie accepts the proposal of the secret intelligence service and goes to the island of Tenerife to investigate the circumstances of the death of a special agent - there is reason to believe that he became a victim of a magical ritual. During the sea trip, the theatrical suicide of one of the passengers takes place until oddly, and shortly after arriving on the island, another companion of the writer is killed, and they leave evidence that beats the effect. Agatha Christie herself is arrested on false charges. Thanks to her amazing deductive abilities, she comes to the conclusion that all these events are interconnected, but it is undoubtedly another thing: pulling the threads to unravel this matter is deadly.
