In the third novel, the “spear trajectory”, the detective Stern begins to help the mayor of Moscow to settle a small business, but in the course of the investigation the task is again more dangerous than the main character hoped. Among the characters of the book are actors and guards, deputies and benchmates, officials and bandits, oligarchs and homeless people, intellectuals and gopniks. Some of them will help our hero, while others will try to bury him. Fortunately, Yakov Semenovich is distinguished by perseverance and optimism, artistry and a sense of humor, and these qualities will help him not only survive, but also win.
