At one of the resorts of the Bahamas, three of an unknown sniper die at the hands of an unknown sniper: an American public figure, a journalist who interviewed him and a bodyguard. They shot at an incredibly large distance. The local police are terminating the case, fearing that drug cartels are behind him. But the deputy district prosecutor Nance Lorel has reason to believe that this crime was committed by order of the upper echelons of power. Under mysterious circumstances, possible witnesses begin to disappear.
