The young doctor Tamara Dadiani suddenly receives news of the death of an ex -husband, epidemiologist Ivan Balandin in Madagascar. Despite the divorce, they remained good friends, so Tamara, without thinking twice, goes to the "Red Island" in order to get to the bottom of the cause of the death of her dear person.
