In the literary and cinematic world there is no more popular hero than Sherlock Holmes. This name became a sensation in the 1890s thanks to the publications in the magazine Strand, whose circulations immediately grew by a third. By the number of film adaptations, the story of a detective with Baker Street got into the Guinness Book of Records. There is nothing to talk about the number of literary pastry, but only Anthony Gorovitz for his novel “The House of Silk” received the official approval of the Heritage Fund. In the career of the great detective, it was a case associated with such monstrous and scandalous events that Watson, an unchanging storyteller of the most fascinating stories about his genius friend, did not soon decide to write about him.
