There were eight novels, and Malcolm called his own List of "eight ideal killings".
And now an agent of the FBI has come to his store. Someone began a series of strange, practically inexplicable killings, and she is sure that the offender acts strictly in accordance with the list of Malcolm, trying to realize the plot of each of the novels.
