An incident happens on a dog archipelago: three corpses are thrown ashore. Three black men, probably illegal migrants, drowned, not sailing to the coveted land, where they hoped to find a tolerable life. The influential people of the islands decide to get rid of corpses, dropping them into the crater of the volcano: no one is interested in the investigation, especially those who make money on unfortunate illegal immigrants. But, as always, in a crowd of cruel and indifferent is the one who craves justice. And, as always, he is doomed.
But there is a senior court - it will not allow those who are guilty of the death of others to live calmly. The island turns into a city described "in one Russian novel": a dead city, turned into a zone. A city that life will never return to
