At the end of the 19th century, the mansion of the merchant Klyukvin was considered one of the richest houses in St. Petersburg. The master’s special pride was the Venetian mirror of extraordinary beauty, brought from Italy and for a long time decorating the tomb of Count Dracula himself. However, a few months later a strange pattern was discovered: with everyone who looked in this mirror, misfortunes occurred, and then the owner ordered him to hide it in the pantry.
Since then, no one has ever seen the damned mirror, although rumors about its alleged whereabouts have been going on today. Some even claim that it is still stored in that house in a secret room.
