Everyone knows the great detective of Sherlock Holmes and his friend Dr. John Watson. And also - Mrs. Hudson and an apartment on Baker Street, 22 LB, London. But few people know that there lived an alma dachshund, which took a direct part in almost all investigations of the famous detective.
Why, you ask, is it never mentioned in the notes of a great detective? Probably, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle did not want or did not consider it possible ... but this is unfair! After all, it was she, the alma dachshund, for many years was the most faithful and devoted assistant to Holmes and more than once helped him in revealing the most mysterious, dangerous and strange crimes. We must fix this injustice!
The book includes two stories about the alma dachshund: "Amulet with a bronze cat" and "seven porcelain elephants".
For secondary and senior school age
