The method of early diagnosis of solitary and primary multiple hormone-dependent neoplasms in the reproductive system organs based on two-stage screening of healthy women, consisting in obtaining an optimized diagnostic system, allowing high frequency (59-68% with the number of the surveyed group - 5-8.5% of population numbers) to identify prematubic and tumor diseases of the organs of the female reproductive system on a preclinical stage based on pathogenetic risk factors. At the same time, on the basis of a multifactoric analysis of the characteristics of the body (the age, state of the reproductive system, the severity of endocrine-metabolic disorders) establishes the magnitude of the individual relative risks of the development of solitary and primary multiple tumors among a healthy population and patients with hormone-dependent cancer.
