The book covers the basics of designing reconfigurable systems in the LabVIEW graphical programming environment, supplemented by the LabVIEW FPGA module. An overview of various types of FPGAs, classic input-output modules, and modules with reconfigurable input-output channels produced by National Instruments is provided. The main components and tools of the design environment are discussed, and real examples demonstrate the methodology of developing and debugging distributed and embedded measurement, control, and testing systems. The full design cycle is described, including the stages of creating executable files and installers, deploying systems on target devices. The content of the book reflects the experience of developments carried out at the National Instruments Technology Center of the Novosibirsk State Technical University, experience in teaching professional development courses and relevant disciplines to students.
