The problem of dermatozoic nonsense is considered in the monograph both in the psychopathological and dermatological aspect (the concept of psychodermatological syndromes) The book presents the questions of the clinic, differential diagnosis, epidemiology, pathopsychology, pathogenesis, therapy and the organization of specialized assistance in dermatozoic nonsense and associated disorders. A psychopathological model of the spectrum of disorders of obsession with skin parasites, an arguing position on the clinical heterogeneity of manifestations of dermatozoic delusion, was developed.
