The textbook is devoted to the basics of dentist technology. Much attention is paid to basic information for a novice dentist. The anatomical and physiological foundations of the dentist apparatus, information about the materials used in dental prosthetics are given. The training manual describes in detail the technology for the manufacture of non -removable and removable structures of dentures from various structural materials: noble and ignoble alloys of metals, acrylic plastics, elastic polymers, and ceramic materials. Information about domestic materials for dentures, orthodontic and maxillofacial treatment devices is given.
The textbook is intended for students of dental departments of medical schools, colleges, medical faculties of secondary vocational education.
