Anna is in her thirties, she is a master of stained glass with her own workshop, and a mother of two children. Her 15-year marriage ended in a painful divorce. Meeting a Polish musician named Jan gives her a chance to live a different life, where Anna is a singer capable of captivating everyone in the audience with just one song. A life she once sacrificed for her family and children.
Despite the mutual feelings, Jan is not willing to leave his wife for Anna and distances himself. The new pain reveals all the old scars, making her remember how ugly her relationship with her husband was when no one was looking. In an attempt to find hope, Anna repeatedly replays all her dates with Jan in her head, not realizing that she has long lost touch with reality and is living in fantasies.
