Until recently, the vices of the lung development were described as casuistic observations. However, as the knowledge, clinical experience and improvement of adjacent disciplines (radiological diagnosis, bronchology), as well as as a result of the pathological assessment of the lungs removed after surgery, it became clear that the malformations of the lungs are very frequent. Especially high their proportion, as was established, in the chronic flow of the pathological process. There are not only non-specific infections of respiratory organs, but also tuberculosis. All the above is relevant to further study this problem and the introduction of the results obtained into clinical practice in order to prevent diagnostic errors, the improvement of therapeutic tactics and the possibility of more accurate forecasting of the disease. Closely adjacent to the defects of the development of hereditary diseases, that is, genetically deterministic, in connection with which we found it appropriate to stop also on the most important of the last pathological processes.
