In the summer of 1909 in St. Petersburg, a woman's body was pulled out of the Neva River, brutally murdered. It soon becomes clear that this is just the beginning, that a Jack the Ripper has emerged in the capital of the Russian Empire. Panic gripped St. Petersburg.
