Commissioner of Criminal Police Sabina Nemez is extremely surprised to meet a woman in monastic attire in the main building of the BKA in Wiesbaden, who declares her desire to confess to a crime. And not to anyone, but exclusively to Sabina's colleague, Martin S. Schneider. But after a heated discussion with the new head of the BKA, he resigned, so Sabina has to replace him. What she hears takes her breath away: the seemingly harmless woman declares that she will commit seven murders in the next seven days - she remains silent about the motive and method. The elderly nun is arrested, and chaos ensues at the BKA - especially after Sabina, despite all her efforts, fails to prevent the first murder. It quickly becomes clear that an exceptionally sophisticated plan is behind all this, which intrigues Schneider. He returns to the BKA and, together with Sabina, gets involved in the game of the nun, unaware of the dark depths into which his unpredictable opponent will lead him this time...
